Terms and Conditions for Booking the London Fairy Show
1. Booking Enquiries:
â—¦ When the London Fairy Show team receives a booking enquiry, we will aim to get
back to the client within 24 hours to confirm availability.
â—¦ Once availability is confirmed, the date is pencilled in, and a deposit of £50 is
required to secure the booking.
â—¦ The £50 deposit will be deducted from the total fee of the package.
â—¦ We will hold the pencil for 24 hours. If the deposit is not paid within this time, the
pencil is cancelled, and we reserve the right to take other bookings for that date and
time.
2. Deposit and Payment:
â—¦ The non-refundable deposit of £50 secures the booking.
â—¦ Full payment is required no later than 2 days before the event. Failure to make full
payment may result in cancellation of the show.
â—¦ The booking fee is non-refundable unless cancelled by the London Fairy Show.
3. Cancellation Policy:
â—¦ The client must cancel at least 14 days before the event date, or the full fee will be
charged.
â—¦ If payment has been made in full, cancellations made more than 14 days before the
event will be refunded (minus the deposit).
â—¦ The company reserves the right to cancel in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g.,
illness), in which case the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Rescheduling:
â—¦ If the client needs to change the event date due to illness or severe weather, the
booking may be postponed to a date within 4 weeks, subject to availability.
5. Performance Duration and Setup:
â—¦ The performance duration is 40-50 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes for photos
for the Everlasting Glow and Eternal Enchantment packages. The actors don’t need
to set up, but we recommend someone welcomes them in and announces them.
â—¦ Outdoor events must have a contingency plan for weather conditions.
6. Travel and Parking:
â—¦ The client agrees that a travel charge may apply in some areas.â—¦ A parking space within a 5-minute walking distance from the venue must be
provided. If no parking is available and we are not notified in advance, this may
result in a delayed start.
â—¦ The client is responsible for parking fees and any applicable congestion charges.
7. Liability:
â—¦ The London Fairy Show assumes no liability for incidents, injuries, or damages at
the event venue.
â—¦ Performers are not responsible for supervising children or guests.
8. Actor Performances:
â—¦ All actors perform the same script, but their interpretation and acting style may vary.
â—¦ The client may request a specific actor, but the closest available team will be sent
unless otherwise specified.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances:
â—¦ The London Fairy Show is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by illness,
weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
â—¦ If we cannot provide a performance due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of
the booking fee will be offered.
10. Safety and Supervision:
â—¦ The client is responsible for ensuring the venue, including the space and flooring, is
safe for the performance.
â—¦ Outdoor events must have a contingency plan in case of bad weather (e.g., covered
or indoor space). The performers reserve the right to refuse to perform if the space is
unsafe.
â—¦ The performers reserve the right to cancel the show if conditions are unsafe. No
refunds will be issued if the cancellation is due to unsafe conditions.
â—¦ The client must ensure that all children attending the event are supervised by a
responsible adult at all times.
â—¦ Performers are not responsible for supervising children or managing crowd control.
â—¦ The performers reserve the right to stop the show if they feel unsafe or inappropriate
behaviour occurs (e.g., harassment). No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Administration Fees:
â—¦ Any changes to booking information after confirmation will incur a £15
administration charge.
12. Photography and Videography:
â—¦ The client may take photos or videos for personal use, but the commercial use of
such materials is not permitted.
â—¦ The London Fairy Show reserves the right to use performance footage and photos for
promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
13. Agreement:
â—¦ The client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above by paying the deposit.
